BuddahKhris is a certified meditation coach, and mindfulness principles are woven throughout all of the training programs. While meditation is not offered as a standalone service, it is often incorporated into the broader process of building discipline, awareness, and personal growth.

Free apps

The following apps are excellent tools for beginning or strengthening a meditation practice. They offer guided meditations, timers, background sounds, and other helpful features that make it easier to stay consistent.

  • Insight Timer – A widely used meditation app with a large free library of guided meditations, music, talks, and a customizable meditation timer. It works well for both beginners and experienced meditators.
  • Plum Village – Created by the mindfulness community of Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, this app focuses on gentle guidance, breathing practices, and simple daily mindfulness.

Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated. Start with 3–5 minutes of quiet breathing each day. Like any training practice, the key is consistency. Over time, small daily sessions build focus, patience, and awareness.
