
Women’s Workouts begin the week of April 19th and run throughout the summer on Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 at outdoor locations and occasionally indoor locations. Please check with Buddah for the correct location for each Saturday. There may be a few Saturday blackout dates during the program. No workout on Saturday May 10 or 24.
